Meet Tim

Tim’s understanding of great customer service stems from being raised in the hospitality industry where his family owned and operated the Sunbeam Hotel in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. His hands-on experiences as a young boy have given him exemplary people skills and strong work ethics, which have been instrumental in the success he has today.

He originally attended the University of Guelph in the Hotel/Food Administration program. With 1 credit to go he made a switch decision to become a Realtor and went on to obtain his real estate license in 1984 and his CGA designation in 1990. He started his career in the GTA, but in 1998 he chose to follow his heart home to Northern Ontario when he joined Patti Bentley (Broker/Owner) and her dynamic team at RE/MAX Legend Real Estate Inc Brokerage in North Bay where today, he specializes in residential sales.

Tim is a proud recipient of several awards and achievements throughout his dedicated career with RE/MAX. He had accomplished Presidents Club in his first year 1998, Executive Club 1999, 100% Club 2000-2004, he has consistently maintained Top Producer since 2004, Platinum Award since 2005, The Hall of Fame Award in 2005 and the highest honour of all, The Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012. A major part of his success is the high volume of referrals he receives from satisfied customers and other associates throughout the Country whether from networking groups, relocation companies or individuals he has connected with over the years at RE/MAX functions.

He isn’t all work no play though, he enjoys his “Tim time” during the summer boating with his family on beautiful Lake Nipissing and in the winter as a die hard Montreal Canadian fan. He is a proud father of his son Stephan who is attending Carlton University as an International Business Major.

Tim is actively involved in the community as a volunteer, sponsor, and as a loyal small business supporter. He strongly believes it is important to give back to his community by donating his time, sponsoring the youth in their sports activities, and supporting local business’s through referrals. He is a true people person and loves what he does which has earned him the reputation of being “The Name Friends Recommend To Friends”
